Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Preparation of a production schedule based on monthly quantity requirements, daily and weekly maintenance of these schedules, optimal sequencing of production tasks
- Comparing and evaluating production requirements and available capacities
- Monitoring and, where necessary, coordinating purchasing, storage and quality assurance processes in order to ensure the timely availability of raw materials for the implementation of the fine-tuned production programme
- Monitoring production facts, monitoring and reporting on key supply chain indicators
- Evaluate planning parameters used for scheduling, improve planning accuracy
- Forecasting and resolving supply problems that hinder the achievement of the production plan
- Scheduling and tracking customer orders, confirming delivery dates in the ERP system
Requirements
- University degree
- Confident use of MS Office suite
- Ability to communicate in English or Italian
- ERP system experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling
- Knowledge of IT solutions and software used in production planning
